Returns are easy. Simply follow these 3 steps:
1) Pack items to be returned using the original packaging, if possible.
2) Insure your return and ship back via USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL.

Upon receive of your package, We'll process your return promptly. You will receive a full refund on all purchased items and your account will be credited in the original form of payment. When we have processed your return we'll send you an email confirmation. The purchase amount will be credited to your credit card within 3 days.
For your convenience, we offer merchandise exchange. To exchange an item, it is best to place a new order and return the original item for credit back to your account.

Warranties
HeartJewelry.com offers a limited 90-day warranty on all products. HeartJewelry.com warranties all merchandise against defects in manufacturing and workmanship for period of 90 days from the date of original purchase.
Should your merchandise become defective within 90 days following your purchase date, we will gladly accept the item back to our warehouse and have a jeweler professionally inspect it and determine the proper course of action. HeartJewelry.com stands behind its merchandise and will try to repair it first. Should that not be possible, we will replace the item with a brand new one. In the event that we are unsuccessful in repairing or replacing the item due to a lack of stock or if the item is discontinued, we will issue a full refund against the item in the same form of payment that was initially used to purchase the item. Repairs and replacements within the 90-day warranty period are free of charge to our customers. However, products which have been modified by third party jeweler or abused are not subject to HeartJewelry.com's free repair warranty.
If your purchase is defective after the 90-day warranty period, HeartJewelry.com will gladly repair your items. Return of the item to you is free, but repair costs will be quoted to you before we begin any repairs. If you accept the quoted repair cost, only then will we charge your account and proceed with the repairs. Should you choose not to repair the item, we will ship your item back to you at no additional cost.
